I had a super fun interior design event this past Wednesday night. It was held at Workplay and the band was phenomenal!! They were a Beatles tribute band. I'm a Beatles fan so I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even those who weren't Beatles fans said they loved the music and were surprised by how many tunes they knew but had no idea the Beatles sang. They started out with a rocking performance of "Come Together". When the bass started booming through the theater and the lead singer started "shoop"-ing into the mic I knew a great night was ahead. We had a blast! We were all thankful for the vendors who threw this fun bash.

I know most of you who read this blog are Auburn fans and I'm sorry you have to read that I love the Tide and I'm super proud of our comeback over the last couple of years after many dreadful seasons. I have not been to Tuscaloosa in three seasons since last year we had a little guy and the season before I was pregnant. I was way past due for some game day fun. Here are a few pictures of our exciting time with friends.

What tailgate is complete without a coffee table and remote control?

Nice.

The Itsy Bitsy Spider

We had a great time Saturday taking Hudson trick-or-treating. He loved his costume. He ran around behind people saying "EW! BUG!". I think he thought he was scaring us in his spider outfit. He is such a funny little guy. He was so sweet in his spider costume.

My handsome spider

We went to see all the grandparents and our friends Jason and Alesha. Hudson started calling Jason and Alesha "Lulu and Gagoo" several months ago. We're not sure where he came up with that, but it has stuck. He asks me all the time where they are. Ha! Needless to say, he loves his Lulu and Gagoo. Being the crazy fun people they are, they went all out with Halloween decorations and they just so happened to have a giant spider web on their front porch. Perfect photo op for the Hud bug, dont you think?

That spider is as big as me!

Gagoo, I'm not so sure about this.

A rat!?

They've got all kinds of creatures here!

Playing Jason's baby guitar.

He loved their dogs.

Let's go before one of these creatures gets me! I got my candy!
